CrossplayPackage v1.3

BlockHandler module has been updated to support input of exact coordinates (check ReadMe for more info).
The state of blocks has been cleaned up to remove "minecraft:". Blocks with no state don't have the variable at all.
NPCHandler is now optional and Citizens API is a soft dependency from now on.
Roblox has been updated to the new changes in the plugin.

CrossplayPackage v1.2

The plugin has been updated to Maven and a fifth module; the NPCHandler has been integrated into it.
Roblox has been updated with a new script to support the new handler.
