This PR will create a Docker container for minfi.

libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory is the relevant message in the build log. Does this belong to a known package in the repository?

Oh too bad. libglu belongs to the xserver. I don't think we have a dependency in bioconda for it.

Its the same error we've had on the bioconda repo,

SERR error: unable to load shared object '/usr/local/lib/R/library/rgl/libs/rgl.so':

The next release version of minfi, apparently will not have this as a dependency. (source: Author of minfi)

@nturaga are you talking about 1.18.0. This was released a few days ago. Do you mind updating the conda package?
