Diffraction Pattern Analysis

A tool to analyze the radius of contiouos electron diffraction ring patterns, e.g. for in situ thermometry by parallel beam electron diffraction.

This is the source code for the following publication:

B. Fritsch et al., Sub-Kelvin thermometry for evaluating the local temperature stability within in situ TEM gas cells, Ultramicroscopy, 2022, 113494, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ultramic.2022.113494

Moreover, it has been successfully used for temperature measurement during liquid-phase transmission electron microscopy:

B. Fritsch et al., Accessing local electron-beam induced temperature changes during in situ liquid-phase transmission electron microscopy, Nanoscale Advances, 2021, 3, 2466-2474, https://doi.org/10.1039/D0NA01027H
