The start-over case with specified start and stop times as well as the case with relative start and stop times should now work.
In the relative case, a Location element is returned with the absolute times set.
The Location gets an absolute URL by inserting scheme and host in front of the the URL.
These values can now be configured but are auto-extracted as far as possible if not defined.
