Improve summary stats and VCF output

Summary statistics

• Add table with data version, such as COSMIC, ClinVar, dbSNP and SIFT
• Fix table layout
• Format paths to files/folders as code

Summary statistics + VCF output

• Fix VEP subversion and show API version in VCF output
  • Add VEP subversion to VCF output and summary statistics (before, only the VEP major version was displayed)
  • API version is now displayed in the VCF output

Testing

Run VEP to return:

• VCF output
• Summary statistics in both HTML and text formats
