This recipe is one of two recipes dealing with image data deposition in the BioImage Archive. It deals with data submission based on regular epifluorescence and confocal microscopy data and focuses on data organisation of datasets containing more than one imaging technique. It also provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit data to the BioImage Archive and how to navigate the Archive’s data submission web interface.
