0.5.0

This release marks the point where this server manger has been rebuilt to use the REST API and should once again be functional.
This hasn't yet been thoroughly tested so feedback on any issues would be greatly appreciated.

A huge thank you to @jsonkenyon for rewriting it and getting this back to a functional state!
