Calculate internal and external marks based on tutorial and Internal Assesment marks for college.

This project allows users to input tutorial and CAT (Continuous Assessment Test) scores to calculate internal and external marks required for college assessments. It provides a clear breakdown of total marks and external marks needed to achieve a passing grade.
