We've switched to the online Phoenix library instead of a locally installed copy. CTRE doesn't provide the Phoenix Tuner tool for the Mac, so there's nothing left to install.
As of 2020 or so, WPI distributes a proper WPILib installer for the Mac so this script is no longer necessary.
