Improve settings UI

• General
  • Fixed inconsistent UI text.
  • Removed keyboard focus from system buttons. (I sent this bug fix to MetroRadiance: Improve the SystemButtons MetroRadiance#42.)
• Notification
  • Move the settings for enabling notifications to notifications tab.
  • Implemented a feature to change the placement of notifications by dragging.
  • Applied the position of the wallpaper to the preview.
  • Changed the preview taskbar to the actual position.
  • Added updating the displays and taskbar position.
• Shortcut key
  • Changed to disable the IME of the keyboard input field.
  • Improved keytop UI. Only JIS and US keyboards are verified. Other keyboards probably work fine, too.

If there are any unnecessary features, I will remove them.

• ショートカットキー関連
  • キー入力欄のIMEを無効化するように変更。
  • キートップのUIを改善。JISキーボード，USキーボードのみ検証。他キーボードもおそらく問題なく動くと思われる。
