This is pretty much a rewrite of the Wayland client code for wayland-client and wayland-protocols v0.30.0, and smithay-client-toolkit v0.17.0.

Looks like there are a few regressions. Holding off merging this until I've had a few days to thoroughly test.

#86 is only a partial fix. Want to get that properly sorted before merging.
