• Bails out if a mod has meta-data that would result in no files being installed.
• No longer detects DLLs as mods if they're already part of an installed mod (existing users: ckan scan to refresh).
• Display what virtual mods are provided and by whom in ckan list
• Fewer file locking issues under Windows
