Leaf-level isotope model

Leaf-level dynamic model (Leppä et al., 2022) driven by environmental conditions to predict oxygen and carbon isotopic composition of two hierarchical needle carbohydrate pools: (i) needle sugars and (ii) water-soluble carbohydrates, which in addition to needle sugars contain an invariant compound, pinitol.
