Basic HTML/CSS/JS form validation

Basic HTML/CSS form to utilise basic email/password form validation. REGEX variables established however not utilised. visuals based off design of Fireclints dark-theme-login - https://github.com/fireclint/dark-theme-login

NO BACKEND DATABASE UTILISED and is localised completely to the front end.

Just test work to test concepts.

Steps:

1. click on "create account test
2. write email & password in the front end user creation
3. match that in the general user interface
4. should alert the user if all fields match.
