The project required the implementation of a monitoring platform that allows the at-home and in-hospital monitoring of several biological parameters with the aim of tracking physiological changes to follow up mood disorders in patients diagnosed with either depression or bipolar disorder.
The platform should be used by patients, specialized practitioners and technical administrators, each of which requires specific user interfaces with available functionality based on the different roles.

The application was developed in its entirety (frontend + backend) with Microsoft Access, and all the functionalities were obtained with the integration of VBA and SQL.
