So that users don't have to enable experimental features, and to work around NixOS/nix#7220, use `nix-build` instead of `nix build`.

@Mic92, I see you just added bors support, so perhaps you are not yet aware, but bors takes the toml from the PR branch so that is mostly likely why it failed. Seems I don't have the priviledge to do a |
