This action should be added under the 'build_windows' job as follows:

name: 'Check Functionality'
if: ${{ success() }}
uses: POV-Ray/povray/.github/actions/windows_check@gh-actions-v2
with:
version-base: 3.8
solution: vs2015
platform: x64Windows CLI build check for GitHub Actions.

Note that the sample above assumes this action will have a tag named 'gh-actions-v2'
