This a protocol being used to assess impact of SARS-COV2 on speech production. The overall protocol is in the protocolfolder and individual tasks and items are in the covid19, voice, and voice-opt folders.

Activities (tasks):

• covid19 1 minute
  • Items: covid19_clinical_history, smoking_history, covid19_status, covid19_symptoms, fever
• voice 3 minutes
  • Items: audio_check, count 65 to 105, say_ah, rainbow_short, pataka, coughing
• mental_health 1 minute
  • Items: PHQ-2 and GAD-7
• voice_opt 5 minutes
  • Items: An extend set of tasks: kmart_exhale, nasal_pinched, say_ah, coughing, say_ee, say_m

Here is the protocol including the branching logic to the intitial COVID-19 questionnaire.

Technical details

1. This repo uses ReproSchema, ReproSchema-UI.
2. The UI is added as a submodule (ui) and changes relative to the UI are stored in ui-changes.
3. The entire build is carried out by Github actions and deployed via gh-pages.
