First release of the star generator. There's only a 64-bit executable, since I'm not sure how to compile 32-bit programs with PyInstaller (I think it requires a 32-bit system and/or Python version).

UPDATE: I installed a 32-bit version of Python and compiled a 32-bit executable, which is now available to download here.
