From a very basic Arch Linux installation (base, base-devel, git, python), this is how I bootstrap my environment:
pacman -Syu
bash <(curl -fsL "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ThomasFerreira/dotfiles/master/tools/bootstrap.sh")
systemctl reboot
