AWSM was initially setup with a complex folder structure to account for different potential simulations. While some of it was useful, it created a very deep folder structure. With the IPW version of iSnobal removed from AWSM, this greatly simplifies the folder structure.

All ouput from AWSM will be in the run<date> folder instead of split up across 3 different folders.

NOTE: This will break the awsm daily runs for ops. @jomey has ideas for consolidating the command line functions which will address the break, see #78
