I wanted to take your code from http://uob-hpc.github.io/2017/11/22/arm-clock-freq.html, but currently it looks like you hold the exclusive copyright to the code here. I am assuming that was not your intent, so I am suggesting adding a LICENSE file to make that clear. I made this with the Apache 2 standard text from Github and added your names for the copyright, since it looked like that was mentioned in SimEng, so it might be simplest to keep the compatible, though any other open-source license seems good too.
