in new version(for example 1.14.0) of PAIRADISE, Dataframe is no longer allowed as input.
When pairmodel is called, an error will be reported.
So I downgraded PAIRADISE to 1.0.0.
I would like to know if there are any differences in the statistical results between the new and old versions of PAIRADISE and hope you can fix it.

The latest version of PAIRADISE is v1.0.0 from github: https://github.com/Xinglab/PAIRADISE/releases

The version of PAIRADISE on bioconductor is maintained separately by bioconductor: https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/PAIRADISE.html

The only difference that I'm aware of between the github and bioconductor versions is that the input data format is slightly different. rMATS is compatible with the github version of PAIRADISE
