A web app for exploring myeloid cell gene expression data from Cystic Fibrosis patients. The app is hosted by the Department of Haematology at the University of Cambridge.

The backend of the app was built using Flask and interacts with a PostgreSQL database containing expression data. The frontend was constructed using React, and in particular the Create React App tool.
