Adds the version-15 test suite to version-14 and updates to include pytest workflow.
The tests focus on the accounting after a successful API call, and lay the foundation for #29
Update: in testing v-15, I uncovered a max length constraint for what Authorize.net accepts for a reference ID (I had cancelled/amended a doc, and the new docname with "-1" was too long). I added the fix to this branch as well.
