In this repository you will find two folders, one being TEmerics workflow and another one being the tables generation along with plots.
In this folder you will find the R scripts used to retrieve information given the workflow output and benchmarking. At the same time, the script for the creation of the plots is given.
This folder provides all the scripts, rules, documentation, environments and dependencies TEmerics needs in order to be executed.
Finally, the table generated by TEmerics called Chimerics_v2.tab is given
