Added simple web interface, it uses jQuery ajax to update entries on the fly every 2 seconds.

This is quite an improvement, in order for it to be merged you have to:

fix linting errors (see https://github.com/aler9/landiscover/pull/1/files)
unedit the Makefile
update the README in order to explain the feature
