Motivation

Can we detect Common DE Genes that are significant to Metastasis in MDA-MB-231 cancer cell line using GEO2R software?

Hypothesis

Differences in gene expression profiles between the cell lines will reveal common genes that correlate with MDA-MB-231 metastatic potential.
