I have added pom.xml in all plugins. Doing "Transform in Maven project"
Then I add Maven library like : javax.mail using:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4859825/how-to-add-maven-managed-dependencies-library-in-build-path-eclipse/4859864#4859864
And function : add Maven project
Did not really worked.
Need to import Maven library as bundles and then import them in the MANIFEST.MF
