Limitations:

• "Image" sitemap widget: unsupported
• "Video" sitemap widget: unsupported
• "Mapview" sitemap widget: unsupported
• "Chart" sitemap widget: can display chart only for "Number" items and "Group" of "Number" items

Required configuration:

• Java Runtime Environment version 1.8.0_40 or newer
• A connexion to an openHAB version 2.0 or newer

Changes from 1.0.0:

• Allow "Group" of "Number" items for "Chart" sitemap widget
• Allow format number (example: %.1f) or date/time (example: %tR) for items state in the top banner
• Fix MyOpenHAB authentication
