    • add back crack pressure, cohesive energy

  • port vDefP, vDefUpa, vDefBT, vDefHF
  • Update INSTALL.md
  • Update Documentation
  • Update all tests and output
  • rebuild containers

After 1.0.0:

  • Move to GitLab?
  • Rewrite m_MEF90_LinAlg.F90 to use stash and pointers
  • vDef quasi-Newton using PETSc QN method and adjoint state for damage
