New Julia, new KirchMig

This release mainly updates the codebase to Julia 0.7/1.0. Another major change is the addition of the convolution map to the computation of the Kirchhoff migration. Now KirchMap can be applied directly to a spiky reflectivity model, and the wavelet is applied in the data domain.
