Mathematical Environments - 0.2.0

In this release, we now support all mathematical environments provided by amsmath. Furthermore, the Event system is reworked and is now simpler but also more expressive.

This is the first release of this crate!

What is working:

• 90% of supported commands by Katex and MathJax
• A rudimentary but in conformance with MathML Core, mathml renderer.

What is Lacking:

• Testing, Testing, Testing
• Support of some Quirky commands, such as \sideset, and commands with a '*' such as \operatorname*.
• Support of math environments, align, gather, matrix, etc.
• A robust Event type that allows for different renderers. i.e., it should be less biased towards mathml rendering.
