To do the ip address to location lookup, Maxmind database was used and a CSV file that can be found here https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/juanmah/world-cities?resource=download. To use this to do geolocation these files will need to be downloaded.
This project includes GeoLite2 Data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com/.
