The only way to validate this stuff was to build the doctor and stick it all through an API. Now everything is matched up correctly.

No new features or bugfixes, however one of the rules has been renamed (correctly) from
oas3-host-trailing-slashtooas3-server-trailing-slashAlso another rule had the
.comremoved from the end (that was inaccurate). It's nowoas3-host-not-example.com
