A bit of cleanup
Fix notifications closing even when hovered (they close after the popupTimeout when not hovered anymore). onHoverLeave is not working, it's using on-notify-leave event. Also onHover only applied to the top part of the notification.
Fix urgent notification timeout, it's now 8 secs if urgent, i noticed that timeout is specified by default with noitfy-send -u critical
