Convert Sinusoid position encoding to torch format

The following pull request has implemented these changes:

• Convert get_sinusoid_encoding_table function in multimodal_preprocessors.py from numpy to torch format
• Ensure consistent data type of img_size parameter
• Include pillow (PIL) library imported by data.py in requirements.txt
