To load:
In Chrome go to settings->tools->extensions
-Click the "Developer Mode" checkbox -Click "Load unpacked extension" -Choose the top level folder (chromeAppPOC)
This should load it into your extension list. You can launch it from there as well as reload it (ctrl-R) if you want it to reflect changes on disk
