The current CI configuration suggests that CI should be running against incoming PRs. However, the configuration targets PRs that use
mainas their base branch, but nomainbranch currently exists.This PR updates the configuration so CI runs against incoming PRs.
(The effect of this PR can be reviewed in the list of CI runs; it is the only PR that has been tested.)
