Thanks for the effort guys! :) Looks good so far. I have to verify this with the test suite (seems GH disables them when no commits come in frequently) in a few days.
The only thing I'm not 100% convinced about is the postgres SQL change (no SELECT DISTINCT ON (user_jid) anymore). I have to double check this, too.
