Change description

  • Adds endpoint for getting a rejected zip file by name
  • Adds missing event type to Event enum

Implementation choices

  • the records returned from the database are grouped (similar to get rejected zip file by date) and then ordered by date descending, so if there are multiple events for a file for the same day and for the same reason, only one record is returned.
