Teensy polyphonic synthesizer

This is a polyphonic synthesizer for Teensy. Features so far:
- 8 note polyphony * 3 oscillators = 24 voices
- Sine/Tri/Saw/PWM oscillators. The triangle and PWM oscs have shape
- ADSR amplitude envelope
- LP/HP/BP filters with filter ADSR envelope
- Effects: Bitcrush/flanger/chorus, delay, reverb
- FM from osc 1 -> 3 and/or 2 -> 3
