Deciphers binary into easy to read LC-3 instructions | Version 1.0
Instructions:
Use CLI and run 'python bin2lc3.py' in the directory the file exists. Input a 16-bit binary LC-3 instruction and the program will interpret the instruction in an easy to read manner.
