Kestra s3 and minio storage plugins are incompatible with Ceph

Describe the issue

This is a continuation of this issue #4077
Turned out s3 storage plugin throws some exceptions when trying to save a files in Ceph storage.
Minio plugin is incompatible due to some "extra backslash in path" issues.

I'll prepare instructions on how to bootstrap ceph locally and reproduce the problem.
