Project Statement

This module is intended to bring together many of the best practices that the student has learned in the previous semesters. It give the student an opportunity to design, develop and deploy a project, either individually or in a group environment, delivering a piece of software in a timely and standards driven manner.

Aim

To create an application with Ionic that allows users to register and login (with authentication and validation), create and join groups, and to create and save notes/files. To work together in a group and work towards a deadline in a timely and standards driven manner.

What it does

This application allows users to sign up and login into the application, create, edit, and save notes, and to create and join user-made groups. This application utilises databases such as Firebase to implement many of the of the functionality such as user authentication and registration, group creation, etc.

How To Use

  • Clone/Download the project into a desired directory
  • Open the project in an Ionic compatible IDE (such as Visual Studio Code or Atom)
  • Run the project using "ionic serve". The application will open on localhost:8100
