Version used in dissertation. General procedure used to generate results there are found in bin/do_impute.sh.

Initial working version. Can create imputation of missing galaxies by modelling observed nearest neighbor pairs and applying the modeled to the nearest observed neighbor of a missing galaxy. Currently uses non physical unit in modelling (IE redshift and angular distance rather than radial distance and perpendicular distance given some fiducial cosmology). Some parameters may also be tuned specific to LRG-like samples. Future versions are intended to have physical unit options (or only physical units, tbd) and increased flexibility for different samples.

Currently running imputation without "background" galaxies imputed and downsampled randoms yields a reasonable, if slightly suppressed, power spectrum for DESI mock LRG samples.
