Proposed Changes
Takes a stab at removing /develop/ links in the docs, or porting the content referenced directly into the doc. This is not comprehensive and does not close the issue. Currently, I did not touch blanket links to values.yaml, which comprise the majority of our /develop/ links. I'm still trying to get more context on certain links before I edit them.
