Theta waves occur in the brain during REM sleep and generate the theta rhythm, which is typically measured between 4-7 hZ. The Theta Wave CSS framework generates a vertical rhythm based on a fluidly-responsive REM value of 14px-17px. This "Theta Wave" can be customized to occur between given breakpoints and fluctuate between given type scales (https://type-scale.com).
