New SDK setup

This release changes how we setup the mage SDK.

We don't need to pass mage config with webpack anymore.
Please read the updated readme for more information.

CORS fixes

This release has a number of fixes that go hand in hand with https://github.com/mage/mage/releases/tag/1.2.4

Documentation

This release introduces no code changes compared to 0.1.0, but we now have proper documentation on how this SDK is to be used.
