Add value type DATE to DTSTART and DTEND #519

Currently, the DTSTART and DTEND properties do not define the value type. According to the spec, this means that those values by default use the DATE-TIME type. This is not totally correct, because in case of a SingleDay or MultiDay occurrence there is no specific start and end time. With this change the output will set VALUE=DATE for the start and end of SingleDay or MultiDay occurrence events.
